Cauliflower bhaji, revisited

Carrots (1/2 pound)
Cauliflower (2 pounds)
Onions - 1/2 onion, diced
Kachamorich - 4, chopped
Coriander - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
turmeric - 1 tsp
cumin - 1 tsp
coriander - 1 tsp
ginger - 3 tsp
garlic - 1 tbsp
oil - 4 tbsp
salt - 1 tsp
3 bayleaves, broken
3 cubed potatos, peeled and microwaved for 3 mins

boil cauliflower and carrots separately for 5 mins to speed up cooking process
strain them and leave them aside
then fry 4 tbsp oil, 1/2 chopped onion, 3 tsp garlic, 4 chopped kachamorich, 3 broken bayleaves
add 3 tbsp water till it bubbling
add 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt
add cauliflower and carrots
add potatoes
leave covered, flipping and mixing every couple of minutes for 25 minutes
add water as needed if cauliflower starts sticking to bottom of pan
