Bought an Instant Pot
& I love it!
It's a safe assumption that I'll be making my meals in the instant pot most of the time now. I'm using various cookbooks and YouTube videos to do this, so none of the recipes are all that original, though I am finding myself making modifications to these recipes
I will probably go back to my old recipes and add a little instant pot section. I think I won't cook on a stovetop for a long time. The instant pot really is a game-changer.
