Chicken Roast Adaptation

16 chicken pieces (12 drumstick + 4 large quarters)
score + fry
Add a lot of salt and rub into the chicken bodies
Fry chicken legs to get a light brown color
Make a paste with 4 tbsp Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp ghee, 3 tbsp cashew nut paste, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp ketchup and mix
1 cup of oil and ghee
2 tespata, 6 elachi, 2 cinnamon sticks
Add 2 cups of sliced onion
Add 1 cup of onion paste
Add 2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
Mix these and add the yogurt mixture
Then grind these spices: 8 elachi, small bit of cinnamon stick, a little peppercorn, a little allspice, 1/2 tsp of nutmeg powder, 1/2 tsp of javentri powder
Kosha until oil rises to top and color changes
Add chicken
A little salt
one cup of milk
 cover on 20 minutes
Add sugar and jalapeno
Add kewra water and ghee
Stir
Cover for a few minutes and done!
