Tuna Fish Kebabs

I'm not a big fan of kebabs, but when it comes to these tuna fish kebabs, I can have 10-12 of them in a row for a meal. Super easy to make without the extra tedious-ness of regular kebabs.

Servings - 7-8 pcs

Ingredients
- 1 can tuna fish
- 2 pcs of white bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 green chilly chopped
- 3-4 tsp onion diced
- 1/2 tsp of "polau masala" (Shan brand)
**Note: this masala contains some whole spices such as pieces of cardamom, cloves, peppercorn, broken pieces of cinnamon sticks, etc. Make sure to pick out these whole spices, and only use the find grounded portion of the packet.
- 2 pinches of ginger paste (very little)

1. Add all the ingredients together into a big bowl.
** The bread should mix in well with all the other ingredients, and should not stand out.
**If you feel like the mixture is a bit too dry, feel free to add in another egg if necessary.

2. Heat a fry pan with enough oil for frying.

3. Once the oil is heated, use your hands to make flat round shapes of the kebab and place them into the oil. (Fit as many as you can without having them touch each other)

** note: make sure the oil isn't TOO hot, as it would only fry the outside of the kebab and leave the inside not fully cooked. Medium heat is ideal. Be careful of oil spurting out!

4. Use a fork to move them around in the pan. Wait until one side is golden brown before flipping it.

5. Once both sides have been properly fried, place them onto a plate with paper towel to drain off any excess oil.

6. Enjoy by itself, or with ketchup/sauces of your choice.
